Competency-Based Workplace-Integrated Learning Aligned with Ontario 310B Trade Standards
Elite Auto Body Skilled Trades Academy provides hands-on, workplace-integrated collision repair training inside an active professional collision repair facility in Toronto, Ontario. Our academy combines Ontario Certified Teachers, industry professionals, and real-world production environments to help prepare the next generation of skilled trades professionals. Students gain direct exposure to live repair workflow, technician mentorship, industry-standard equipment, workplace professionalism, and apprenticeship readiness while developing foundational skills aligned with Ontario’s automotive collision repair pathways.

The 310B pathway focuses on the skills and knowledge required within Ontario’s automotive collision repair industry. Students gain exposure to body repair fundamentals, surface preparation, repair workflow, refinishing preparation, workplace safety, and modern collision repair environments. Through workplace-integrated learning inside an active collision repair facility, students develop hands-on experience and apprenticeship readiness aligned with Ontario skilled trades standards.

The 410N pathway introduces students to the automotive refinishing industry, including surface preparation, sanding, masking, paint systems awareness, polishing, detailing, and refinishing workflow. Students gain hands-on exposure to professional shop environments while learning the importance of precision, safety, colour matching awareness, and industry-standard refinishing practices aligned with Ontario skilled trades pathways.

The 310Q pathway is planned as a future program offering focused on foundational auto body repair techniques, repair preparation, cosmetic repair procedures, and workplace-integrated collision repair training. As Elite Auto Body Skilled Trades Academy continues to expand, the program aims to provide students with additional hands-on exposure to Ontario’s evolving automotive repair industry while supporting apprenticeship readiness and skilled trades workforce development.
